Description
New London Recreation Department presents the Brew Run 5K and 1 mile race sponsored by Tox Brewery! Enjoy a beautiful flat 5K starting and ending at BP Learned, 40 Shaw Street. At the conclusion of the race everyone 21+ will receive a ticket for a free beer and pizza slice at Tox Brewery- just a few blocks from the finish line. Those under 21 will receive a ticket for soda. T-shirts free for all those registered by April 11, 2025. Additional shirts available for purchase online. All donations and proceeds from the race go to support scholarships for New London Recreation programs. Awards given out for top male and female for overall winners, 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
There is $10 discount for 15 and under for the 5K- you will see discount at check out.
Schedule
- Onsite registration opens and bib pickup: 8:45-9:45 AM
- 1 mile kids run- 9:30 AM
- Announcements at start line and National Anthem: 9:50 AM
- 5K timed run- 10:00 AM
- Award ceremony at Tox Brewery 11:15 AM -123 Bank Street
