New London’s spring running tradition is back! The 25 year community tradition is reborn with Lawrence + Memorial Hospital and HMF, renewed as a community health and fitness festival with a race for all ages and abilities.
The 5K race offers competitive and casual runners a great 3.1 mile course while also welcoming walkers and families with strollers to kick off the season with a fitness goal.
The 10K road race appeals to those looking for a little more distance in a spring event or athletes challenging themselves to set a PR.
HMF FitKids races give children 2-11 years old short distance race options to help them catch the running bug early while enjoying the fitness festival with their families.
