Devil Dash 5k

Join us for the first-ever Devil Dash 5k! Participants are invited to run or walk our scenic 5k route along Stratford's Short Beach and into the Lordship community.

All proceeds from this 5k will go to the Stratford High School Cross Country and Track and Field programs. 

Course Route 

Flat 3.11mi route through the quiet neighborhood of Lordship. Race finishes along a scenic route overlooking the water. Course Map Here. 

Roads are still open- you need to run on the left side of the road facing traffic for safety. 

We will have public safety and volunteers assisting with road traffic or safety concerns, but we ask that you also pay attention when on the road and minimize headphone usage on busy streets. 

We will have at least 1 water table set up at the 1.5-mile point and water at the finish line. Please bring your own water if you think you will need more throughout the race. 

Bib Pick Up

Preferred: Wednesday (6/10) & Thursday (6/11) at Stratford High School from 12:30-6:30 PM. Enter through the doors to the gymnasium entrance (Building entrance closest to Stratford Town Hall).

Race day bib pick-up will be from 7:45-8:30 AM on race day, but we strongly encourage runners to pick up their race bags and bibs in advance. 

Prizes/Awards

We will use 3 age categories for our race this year: 

19 & Under Prizes awarded to 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place Male and Female finishers

20- 39: Prizes awarded to 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place Male and Female finishers

40 & Over: Prizes awarded to 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place Male and Female finishers

All prizes have been donated by local businesses and/or created by our student-athletes.

All participants will receive a T-shirt. 

*Little Devil Dash participants will all receive a finisher medal!
