We are proud to have Bridgeport Hospital join us again as the title sponsor for the 22nd edition of the Holiday Run/Walk for Toys on Sunday, December 12.
WE ARE AT A NEW LOCATION IN THE LORDSHIP SECTION OF STRATFORD. (Formerly in Fairfield)
Please read the details below...
All toys collected at the event will be donated to the DR. TOM KENNEDY TOY CLOSET in BRIDGEPORT HOSPITAL and distributed to children through the holiday season and beyond. Please consider donations to this great charity arm of the Bridgeport Hospital.
Our family-friendly event has a simple goal- to make as many kids as happy as we all can!
To help us achieve this goal, as part of your entry fee, we ask that you bring a new, unwrapped toy suitable for children between 1-16 years old. Thanks for joining us and making a difference in our community.
Please note- this event is scheduled for Sunday 12/12- but should severe weather be forecast we may postpone to 12/19. That decision would be made 24 hours in advance on this site and emailed to all pre-reg. Thank you for understanding that we value the safety of our participants first and foremost. We will not be able to issue any refunds as we will already have purchased all materials needed for the event- including the renting of the party tent and heaters.
Awards, prizes, edible items and/or crazy holiday gifts are given to the M&F Champions as well as TWO deep in age groups 9 & under, 10-12, 13-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+ (and older if pre-registered)

NEW THIS YEAR- OUR MOVE TO STRATFORD THANKS TO THE LITTLE PUB
Our regular venue- the Scandinavian Club of Fairfield was fully booked EVERY Saturday and Sunday in December since the Summer. COVID cancellations from 2020 pushed many events late into this year.
WE THANK THE LITTLE PUB FOR THEIR OFFER TO HOST OUR EVENT AND WORK WITH US TO KEEP OUR TRADITION INTACT. WE COULD NOT HAVE THIS GREAT COMMUNITY EVENT WITHOUT THE SUPPORT OF THE BRIDGEPORT HOSPITAL, LITTLE PUB, AND THE COOPERATION OF MANY OF THE DEPARTMENTS IN STRATFORD.
