Apple Run, Walk & Candy Apple Kids Run

Sat September 15, 2018 Trumbull, CT US 06611 Directions
St. Catherine of Siena School
190 Shelton Rd.
Trumbull, CT US 06611

Late Registration and pre reg pickup starts tomorrow 9/14 from 3pm to 7pm at St Catherine's school. It continues Saturday 9/15 starting at 7:30am until 8:55am.

Our 5k Run and 1+mi Walk start at 9am from our church parking lot (map link below)

You can pick up bibs and shirts for others besides yourself- in fact that is a big help. Late reg please bring cash or check- no CC's sorry.

Our inaugural event hosted by St Catherine of Siena in Trumbull Ct promises to be a terrific way to start off “Apple Season” in the Northeast.

We offer a 5K run (or walk) event which WILL BE computer timed. Our shorter “Walk Only” will NOT be timed. The Candy Apple Kids Run for 3rd grade & under is a non competitive, untimed fun run for all abilities!

For those that can’t be with us but want to support our event we will have a Virtual Apple Run & Walk that you can enjoy from anywhere and at anytime!

All proceeds will benefit St. Catherine of Siena school & students.

Our 5k course will be in the Nichols area of Trumbull- very similar to the well known "Jingle Bell Run" the first Saturday in December. Expect some rolling hills and great scenery along the way.

Here's the link to our Police Approved course for the 5K-  https://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=7293270
(courses are always subject to slight changes after official measuring is finished)

Our shorter walk course will start at the same time & place but have a cutoff thru the neighborhood onto Erwin Rd so you can get back to the festivities even faster!

For the kids run we encourage all abilities. We will be watching the pre-reg and determine if we can have two different distances if we see a wide age range. We do limit the kids to 3rd grade and under please.

Be sure to take advantage of "early bird" signup pricing until August 31st!

This event is part of the MS Running Productions 2018 schedule. Marty Schaivone directs over 40 events in Fairfield County each year which donate over $250,000 to local charities. The 2018 schedule can be found at www.hitekracing.com/msrunning
