The Weston Kiwanis Club and The Weston Kiwanis Club Foundation, Inc. are honored to host
the Fourteenth year of the Reservoir Run Half Marathon, 5K, Kids Fun Runs & Family Stroll
We encourage you to join us for the Kiwanian's premier event. The Weston Community, Police, Town, and Schools join together every year to bring you one of the finest running events in CT. We welcome all abilities and participants.

EVERY REGISTERED PARTICIPANT WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR A TERRIFIC GIVEAWAY-

AND THE HALF MARATHON.
It doesn't matter if you are first over the finish line or last. Because every participant in the 14th annual Weston Kiwanis Reservoir Run’s half-marathon or 5K will be entered into a separate half-marathon or 5K drawing for two roundtrip JetBlue tickets to anywhere in the world JetBlue flies. This lets you choose from over 30 countries and more than 100 cities to run in, or relax on the sand.

8:20 am - 5K Race start in front of Weston High School *both starts will be very well marked
8:30 am- Half Marathon start on the driveway near the football field *it will be very well marked
9:00 am- Kids Fun Runs & Family Stroll, at the High School track / football field

Our insurance regulation- you must be AT LEAST 14 years old to participate in the half marathon.
Race Courses: The 5K and Half Marathon will be the same as in the past.
BOTH COURSES START AND FINISH NEAR THE FRONT OF WESTON HIGH.
The exact locations will be clearly marked.
Starting procedures, and race finish protocols will be compliant with any COVID rules if needed.
OUR START/FINISH AREA WILL FEATURE THE AQUARION WATER TRUCK-
We do have water tables on both courses & gatorade on the half m.

The course has terrific Autumn colors & scenery- especially along the reservoir to keep you relaxed & 'occupied'!
The Town of Weston offers challenging hills and some spectacular views. We will have at least four water tables & three portolets.

The 5K course has some rolling hills. It's a loop course with all right hand turns on quiet roads. We will have one water table just past half way.
The Weston Roads are not closed to traffic
Both courses are well maintained for safety. Be aware at all times.

NEW! The Kids Fun Runs & Family Stroll are varying distances on the WHS track- they will be determined by the ages and numbers registered. This is the Family Friendly portion of the event. Meant for young families and young children to participate on a smaller scale. This event is designed for ALL ages.
You can walk with your small tykes, or they can run on their own, it's all good! We want you all to participate and contribute to the charity and community of Weston.
AFTER YOU CROSS THE FINISH LINE:
All Half Marathon Finishers will receive Finisher Medals.
RACE AWARDS will be presented ASAP after the results are recorded for the 5K
Half Marathon awards distributed after the majority of the finishers are recorded.

The top three male & female OVERALL champions in the half marathon AND the 5k receive separate awards* & are removed from their age groups. *$100, $75, $50

M.S. Running Productions helps to direct over 30 running events in Fairfield County. Last year they cumulatively raised over $250,000 for charities. Included on his schedule- the Trumbull Great Pumpkin Classic, the Black Rock "Run for the Rock", Milford Bank Moves for Veterans, Colony Grill Hot Oil 5K in Fairfield, the Stratford Turkey Trot, the Cow Chip Cross Country Run, and many other events in Fairfield County.
