Celebrate! West Hartford Volunteers Center

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for Celebrate! West Hartford! This renowned community festival has relied on the generous support of volunteers like you since 1987. Nearly 1,000 volunteer hours are needed to run the event. Your involvement is important and helps to foster community spirit and civic engagement.

Adults and high-school students are invited to volunteer for tasks leading up to and during the two-day festival. Whether you have an hour or an entire day to give, we have a job for you!

Free parking, T-shirts and water bottles are available for volunteers. Documentation of service hours can be provided upon request.

Registered volunteers will be contacted by a Volunteer Captain before the event. Please plan to attend a Volunteer Meeting on Thursday, June 6, 2024 from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.

Celebrate! West Hartford is an annual two-day outdoor festival which draws nearly 40,000 visitors. The event features an award-winning Arts & Crafts Show, a Business & Non-Profit Expo, carnival rides & amusements, an international food court, live music and FUNd RUNS including a 5K and Kids' K.
