Description
Join us in person at the beautiful West Haven beach for a flat, fast, certified 5K course or 1 mile walk. This scenic course is a paved out-and-back with a start/finish at the Savin Rock Conference Center.
Virtual Option:
Run anywhere anytime. Virtual participants can upload their times from October 9th to October 16th, but they will not be included in awards. If you register before September 1st, your race shirt will be mailed to you.

Race Start Time: Kids Fun Run - 9am | 5K & 1mi walk - 9:30am
T-SHIRTS
A 5th year commemorative t-shirt is included in registrations completed before September 9th. All registrations will receive the size they registered for. Shirts will not be held after race day and will not be shipped unless you were a virtual registrant.
AWARDS
Awards will be given in the 5K event to the following groups:
Overall 1st, 2nd and 3rd place Male, Female and Non-binary (not eligible for Age Group awards)
1st place by age: 8 & under, 9-13, 14-19, 20-39, 40-59, 60-79, 80 & over
TIMING
All participants are assigned an electronic timing device prior to the event. Participants must wear their assigned timing device continuously to receive an accurate finish time.

PRICING
Early Bird: $25
6/1/22 - 8/31/22: $30
9/1/22 - 10/8/22: $38
Youth Pricing for 5K and Walk (22 and under): $5 less than current registration price.
Kids Fun Run: $10
Race day registration: $40 (for all age groups running or walking), $10 for kids fun run
PARKING
Participant parking is available at the Savin Rock Conference Center. We will have volunteers directing parking if the parking lot fills up. Please do not park in Jimmy's parking lot unless instructed to do so.
COURSE MAP
Join us at the Savin Rock Conference center for a mostly flat course along the West Haven shore. Route is pending USATF certification.
