The Prospector is a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to improving the quality of life for people with disabilities through meaningful employment. By operating a first-run movie theater and gourmet popcorn business we show the world that those of us with disabilities are capable of in-demand job skills. Employees of The Prospector are known as Prospects. Approximately 75% of our workforce self-identify with a disability.
