17th Annual Jog with Judy 5K Road Race

The Judy Nilan Foundation is proud to sponsor the 17th Annual Jog with Judy, a family-friendly and professionally timed/certified out and back 5K race in honor of Judy Nilan. Judy was a social worker at the Woodstock Middle School who had a tremendous impact on the people around her. Her positive energy influenced the lives of students in Woodstock as well as her colleagues at the middle school. The monies raised help improve social, emotional and behavior abilities for children to learn effectively through grants for the public schools of Woodstock CT.

Race Information: 

- The course is a certified USATF out and back 5k exclusively on Roseland Park Road.
- Roseland Park and Woodstock Golf Course are both located along the course and are excellent places to park and then cheer. Registration opens at 8am. 
- Strollers and dogs are welcome!  
- Awards: Medals for 1st-3rd place in categories:
* Male categories: 9 + under, 10-13, 14-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 + over
* Female categories: 9 + under, 10-13, 14-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 + over
* Cash Awards for: Top Male and Female Finishers, Male Course Record, Female Course Record, Top Woodstock Finisher.

T-Shirts will be included with registration for those who register by April 22 (t-shirts not guaranteed for those registering after April 22)
