All athletes are required to pick up their own race packet and drop off their run gear on Saturday at La Crema Estate at Saralee’s Vineyard in order to compete on Sunday. Packet pickup must be completed in person - no exceptions (including spouses or friends). There is no race-day (Sunday) packet pickup.
🚫 No Animals Allowed — Dogs, cats, and other animals are not permitted at Johnson's Beach, La Crema Estate, or Windsor High School during any race activities. Thank you for helping keep the venues safe and enjoyable for all participants.

🚨 Parking on Slusser Road is strictly prohibited and will be enforced by CHP.

Spectators without VIP Parking should park at Windsor High School. Shuttle buses run between WHS and La Crema Estate from 6:15 AM to 12:15 PM on Sunday. Athletes may also use this shuttle after the race. Buses do not accommodate bike transport.
🚌 Post-Race Athlete Shuttle — La Crema Estate → Johnson's Beach
⚠️ This shuttle operates during and after the race only. There is no morning shuttle from La Crema Estate to Johnson's Beach.
Shuttles depart La Crema Estate for Johnson's Beach at 10:00 AM, 11:00 AM, and 12:15 PM. For athletes only. Buses do not accommodate bike transport.
Race Morning Logistics — Planning Your Day
Solo Athletes (no support crew)
Park near Johnson's Beach (T1/Start) on Sunday morning. We recommend Armstrong Woods Rd. Once you are finished with your race, take the post-race shuttle back to Johnson's Beach to retrieve your car, then drive to La Crema Estate to pick up your bike and gear.
Athletes with Friends & Family
Have your crew drop you at Johnson's Beach (T1/Start) on race morning. Your crew then has two parking options:
| Option A | Park at La Crema Estate (VIP Parking Required) — Crew is already at the finish when you arrive. After the race, load up your bike and gear and head home. |
| Option B | Park at Windsor High School — Crew takes the spectator shuttle to La Crema Estate to watch the race, then shuttles back to WHS to retrieve their car, and drives to the vineyard to pick up you, your bike, and your gear. |
