Cheers to New Years 5K

Q: I cannot come, what are my options?  Can I get a refund?
A:  Sorry there are no refunds for any reason.  We offer 3 different options to choose from.
1) You may switch to virtual and have your swag mailed  ($10 Fee applies to cover shipping cost).
2) You may have a friend pick up your swag on race day 
3) You may sell/give away your entry at no additional cost.
 
Q:  When is Packet Pickup?
A:  Race day only, Opens at 8:30am

Q:  Are there water stops on the 5K course?
A:  No, there are no water stops along the course. You are welcome to carry a full bottle of water with you if you want. We have plenty of water bottles before and after the race included with your registration.
 
Q: Parking?

A:  FREE Parking either Big Lug Canteen Parking Lot (1435 E 86th ST
Indianapolis, IN US 46240) or Kroger Parking Lot (1365 E 86th St Indianapolis, IN 46240) 

 

Q:  Will the race still happen if it is raining, snowing or sleeting?
A:  Yes!!!  We will only delay for lightning or tornado.
 
Q:  Can my kids register for this 5K race?
A:  Yes, they sure can!  
 
Q:  Is this course stroller-friendly?   May I push a stroller? 
A:  Yes – please be courteous of runners in a hurry.  
 
Q:  Is this event dog-friendly?  Can I bring my dog? 
A:  Yes – and no charge:)  you know the rules… clean up. Please be respectful of other runners. No dogs allowed inside Big Lug Canteen.

Q:  Are there Awards? 
A:  Yes, Top 3 Male/Female Overall Winners.  Top 3 Male/Female in each Age Group.

Q:  Will the age group prizes be mailed?
A:  No, all prizes must be picked up during Awards Announcement.  Results will be announced at 11:00am outside near the start/finish area.  If you did not pick up your prize there will be a $7 fee to be mailed to you.
