Packet Pick Up Day
No Packet Pick Up at St. Joseph’s Parish as
sale of the property is pending.
Instead, we will
have two packet pick ups on Saturday, June 29th.
All runners are encouraged to pick up on the 29th. If you cannot pick up yourself, please give your registration confirmation to a local friend to pick up for you.
The first pick up will be 10AM to 12PM
at
Marathon Sports (fka SoundRunner)
238 Main Street, Old Saybook, CT 06475
Runners who pick up here will get a 20% discount on all purchases made at that time.
The second pick up that day will be Noon to 3PM
at
Chester Elementary School
23 Ridge Road, Chester, CT 06412
Race Day pick up will be at Chester Elementary School, 23 Ridge Road from 7am to 8:15am. The roads to and around the area will be closed at 8:30.
This pick up time is available for those who are traveling from over an hour away and unable to pick up on the 29th. Please allow yourself plenty of extra time for parking, the packet pick up process and to walk or run to the start line.
All runners are encouraged to carpool.

in advance of Race Day to save money and avoid delays if you must pick up your packet on Race Day.
The St. Joseph Parish parking lot is being sold and Chester Rotary is not authorized to use the parking lot for our packet pick up and parking.
