HOST HOTEL SPACE IS GOING FAST
All Chicago River Swim weekend events will be held at the Westin River North in downtown Chicago - directly across the river from the swim start.
A special event room block was set at our host hotel, but now with extremely limited availability. Two additional room block have been setup at the Renaissance Hotel and Sports Illustrated Resorts -- both just across the river. Read below for details and reserve your room while supplies last.

A very limited block of rooms has been established at the Westin Chicago River North, which sits 250 feet across the river from the event's Start Line. The run of house room rate is $259/night + tax with a cut-off date of Thursday, August 20, 2026. These rooms will sell-out quickly, and an overflow block has already been created (see below).

An additional, yet small room block has been created between September 18 and 20 at the Renaissance Hotel — just across the river from the Westin. The run of house room rate is $269/night. Reservations must be made or canceled by Friday, August 21. These rooms will sell-out quickly.

A third room block has been established at Chicago's newest hotel property. Situated just south of the Chicago River, the new Sports Illustrated Resort offers modern comfort and athletic spirit. Guests enjoy stylish accommodations, curated dining, and vibrant social spaces, all steps from iconic stadiums, theaters, and entertainment districts. Run of house room rate starts at $354/night. Reservations must be made or canceled by Thursday, August 20. Two night minimum stay required.
PARKING
There is no discounted parking available in the immediate area, therefore we recommend SpotHero to secured advance, discounted parking. As the event draws nearer, we will advise of other parking options.
PUBLIC TRANSIT
The Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) offers an economical and convenient way to get to, from and around downtown Chicago on event weekend, with bus and train rides as low as $2.25 - 2.50 each way.
