What Day is the 5K?
The Chiefs Fantennial 5K will take place on Saturday, October 5th.
What time does the Fantennial 5K Start?
The Fantennial 5K will begin at 8 AM at the Founder’s Statue in Lot M at Arrowhead Stadium.
What is the cost to participate?
Both the Chiefs Fantennial 5K and Virtual Fantennial 5K have a $40.00 Race Fee.
Will there be day of Registration available?
Yes, we will have day of registration available for a $45.00 Race Fee.
What is the refund policy?
There are no refunds available for this race.
What do participants receive?
All 5K participants will receive a Chiefs Fantennial branded shirt and race bib, access to the Fantennial FanFest post-race, a complimentary drink at the FanFest, and will be entered into a chance to win a pair of Super Bowl LIV tickets.
Virtual 5K participants will receive the Chiefs Fantennial branded shirt and race bib after the Oct. 5th event.
When is packet pick-up?
Packet pick-up will be from 3-7 PM on Friday October 4th, one day prior to race day. Packet pick-up will not be available on event day.
Where is packet pick-up?
Packet pick up will be at the Founder’s club on the North side of the stadium.
What should I wear?
All participants and attendees are encouraged to wear your Chiefs Game Day gear during the run to show Chiefs spirit!
If I can't attend is there still a way to participate?
Yes! There will also be a virtual Chiefs Fantennial 5K.
Register for the Virtual option and complete a 5K on your own accord. Simply run or walk 3.1 miles any time between September 15 and October 5. We will ship you the official Chiefs Fantennial 5K shirt and a race bib after the October 6th event
Will KC Wolf and Cheerleaders be there?
Yes! KC Wolf, Cheerleaders, Chiefs Rumble, and Chiefs alumni will all be in attendance to celebrate and will be interacting with fans on site throughout the event.
What activities will be available and where?
The Ford Tailgate Zone will be setup in Lot M as a Fantennial FanFest with food and beverage available, tailgate games, live music, and photo ops. KC Wolf, Cheerleaders, Chiefs Rumble, and Chiefs Alumni will be at the Fantennial FanFest after the race.
Can I come to the FanFest even if I don’t participate?
Yes! The Fantennial FanFest will be running throughout the race and will begin at 7:30 AM.
What time is the Super Bowl Ticket Giveaway?
The Super Bowl LIV ticket giveaway will take place at 9:30 AM in the FanFest zone. You must be present at time of drawing to win.
Will there be finisher’s medals?
There will not be a finishers medal for this 5K. We will however have many other cool features to the event including the Chiefs Cheerleaders, KC Wolf, Chiefs Alumni players, a free drink at the end, the Fan Fest and the opportunity to win Super Bowl tickets.
Can I have someone else pick up my packet for me?
Yes! Please just be sure to pass along your confirmation information to them to ensure a quicker pick up process.
