Packet Pick-up will take place onsite at Harwoods Mill Park on the day of the event. Pick-up will open at 7AM and remain open until the start of the event. Each runner must pick up their own packet for the race. Because you will not be near your vehicle when you receive your packet, we are only going to pass out your race bib before the race, and you will have to come by your shirt after the run.

Packet Pick-up will be located at the shuttle drop-off. Race staff will direct runners from the shuttle drop-off area to the start line.

If the event is not sold out, registration will be available at the start line beginning at 7AM.

**New this year - Race shirts are NOT included in your Registration.  There will be an additional charge if you choose to receive a shirt.

The Half Marathon is limited to 200 runners, while the 5K is limited to 150 runners.

All entry fees are non-refundable, but deferrals are available up January 13. Should you need to defer your entry, the fee to defer your race entry is $20 for the 5K and $30 for the Half Marathon.  If you would like to defer your registration, please login to your RunSignUp account before the deadline to take care of the deferral.
