Step onto the grounds of Save the Chimps, a 150-acre sanctuary tucked away in Fort Pierce, Florida—and normally closed to the public. This is one of only three days each year when our gates open, inviting you to experience a place unlike any other.

Your course winds through lush landscapes and open skies, past the unique island structures that nearly 220 rescued chimpanzees call home. Living in large family groups, they spend their days exploring, foraging, playing, and enjoying a life filled with enrichment and care.
