Packet pick up will be located at:

McAdenville Community Center (former Pharr YMCA)

208 Main Street, McAdenville

Please arrive during one of the following times to pick up your bib and shirt. 

Wednesday, November 25 - 10 AM to 5 PM

Friday, November 27 - Noon to 4 PM

Race Day, November 28 - 2 PM to 4:30 PM

Wednesday and Friday, come inside the front doors. Race day we will be outside on the plaza. 

All bibs must be picked up by 4:30 on race day. 

You are able to pick up for other runners as long as they have an assigned bib. You cannot pick up a bib you are accepting from another runner until you have completed the transfer process. 

You cannot change shirt sizes at packet pickup. 

Any unclaimed shirts will need to be picked up no later than Saturday, December 5.
