Are strollers and/or mobility devices allowed?

Definitely! Each year we have participants with strollers or wheelchairs/mobility devices. We ask all runners to line up at the start based on their pacing to ensure safe passing and crowding levels throughout the race. 

Can I register on the morning of the race?

Yes! We will have day of registration available starting at 7:30 AM until 8:45 AM on race morning.

Where is parking?

All parking will be on-site at the Leola Produce Auction (135 Brethren Church Rd, Leola, PA 17540). With road closures for the race, we recommend entering Brethren Church Road from Route 23/E Main Street in Leola. 

What are the age brackets for awards?

Prizes will be awarded to the 1st overall male and female finishers in the following categories: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-24,

25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-69, 70+.

When can I pick up my bib and/or shirt?

We will have packet pick up from 7:30 AM to 8:45 AM on race morning at the Leola Produce Auction. This includes your bib and if applicable, a race shirt. There will be no packet pick-up offered on Friday.

Can I register for both the 5k & family walk?

No, both will start at 9 AM and participants should not attempt to participate in both events.

Do I get a shirt if registered for the 5k or family walk?

If you are registered by April 21st for either the 5k or family walk, you are guaranteed a race shirt. If you register after April 21st, shirts will be given out as supplies last. The kid's color run participants get plain white shirts.

Is the race rain or shine? Do you offer refunds?

If the race services determines there are unsafe conditions, they have the authority to cancel the race. We will not issue refunds and consider your race registration fee a donation.

Can I have my race packet/shirt mailed to me?

No, we do not mail race packets or shirts. They must be picked up during packet pick up the morning of the race. 

How early should I get to the race?

We recommend arriving at least 45 minutes before the 5k and family walk starts at 9 AM to ensure you have time to get to the parking area before road closures and to the start line by 9 am.

What time does the kid's color fun run start?

The kid's color fun run will start at 10:15 AM. 

Can my kids do both the family walk & the color fun run?

Yes, definitely! Your child can participate in the 1.5-mile family walk and the color run. Just make sure you are back in time for the 10:15 AM start of the kid's color run.

How long is the kid's color fun run?

The kid's color fun run is about 300 feet long - a fun sprint/walk through clouds of color!
