RACE DETAILS
- Start time is 8:30AM
- Start/Finish Line is on MLK Drive between the Art Museum & Pergola (entrance to the river trail)
- Race is rain or shine
- There will be one water stop on the course
- Runners must maintain a pace of 15-minute miles or faster
- Unfortunately, no dogs or strollers allowed on the course
RACE AWARDS
- Top 3 overall male, female & non-binary finishers in each race will receive: 1st - $250, 2nd - $150, 3rd - $100
- The top male, female, and non-binary age group finisher will receive a $25 gift card to Philadelphia Runner in the following age categories: 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80 - 90, 90 +
- All awards will be sent out after race day

How do I confirm that I am registered for the Cold Hearts 5K?
Registered runners can log in to view their registration through their runsignup account.
How do I update my email address, shirt size, etc.?
Registered runners can edit their information through their runsignup account.
Where and when can I pick up my bib?
Bib Pick-up will be held at Philadelphia Runner Center City (1711 Walnut Street) on Friday, February 13th between 10AM - 7PM and on race day between 7AM - 8:15AM.
I can’t pick up my race bib, can a friend pick mine up?
Sure! Just make sure that they have a copy of the confirmation email that you were sent when you registered.
Is my entry refundable?
Registration is nonrefundable. However, runners who can’t make it on race day can elect to defer or transfer their registration. Runners must elect to defer or transfer by February 1st.
Can I check a bag at the start?
Yes, we will be offering bag check on race morning. When you pick up your bib, you will receive a clear plastic bag for checking items on race morning. Your items must fit completely into this bag (15" x 18") or your bag will not be accepted.
