Relay Teams:
The team captain or one designated individual must pick up the team packet. Team bibs, socks, batons, and additional items will be conveniently packaged together. Please ensure the responsible person handles the pickup.

1:00pm: Gates open for participants - MUST ENTER ON SCOTT'S HILL LOOP RD and have a parking pass
2:00pm: Packet pickup available onsite
3:30pm: Doughnut Mile
4:00pm: Beer Mile Clydesdale and Athena
4:30pm: Beer Mile Men and Women Open
5:20pm: 20K Relay Start
5:25pm: 20K OPEN Start
6:00pm: Live Music On Stage presented by Pool Specialists
8:00pm: All runners must be on final lap with Headlamp
8:15pm: Awards
10:00pm: Event Concludes

PARKING

• All cars will enter at the SCOTT'S HILL LOOP RD ENTRANCE. Do not enter via US 17.
• You must have a QR code pass to enter the venue. These will be emailed to your team captains and all individuals the Wednesday before the event. Spectators and non-pass holders can park at Poplar Grove Plantation and be shuttled in via our shuttle van. You can also carpool from Poplar Grove. Thank you AARP for assisting us with our parking logistics!

• It is approximately 1.2 miles on a dirt two track road to the main field.
