Once you have decided on your race cancellation or postponement plan and the participant management options that you will offer, reach out to your RunSignup account manager as soon as possible.
The team at RunSignup will be able to help you work through your options and guide you through the steps to:
- Update your race page and/or cover to make it clear that the race was canceled
- Close registration for your race
- Enable the new race postponement popup
- Enable participant management options
- Notify your customers
