Once you have created your action plan and turned on any corresponding participant management features in your race, it's time to notify your customers. RunSignup has multiple tools to help make this process easier. The most important thing is to have clear communications with your customers while also showing them compassion and empathy - everyone is in this together.
CANCEL OR POSTPONE RACE POPUP:
You can modify the different options that you want to show your race participants. Participants will select an option and race directors will be able to see reports on which options were chosen.
