Description
An event for the entire family, join us for this Fresno County Search And Rescue FUNdraiser! Starting 1/4mi North of the intersection of Dinkey Creek Rd. & Fishing Club Rd, on the South side of Shaver Lake, experience the beautiful Sierra scenery of Shaver Lake, breathtaking meadows, forests and cool streams all for a good cause. Participants receive a technical event shirt, unique medallion, chip timing and BBQ prepared by the Fresno County Sheriff's Search and Rescue Team!
The 10k Trail Run is a 20 point race in the CLASSIC Runner of the Year Series.
Escape the heat
What better way to escape the oppressive Valley heat in August than to enjoy the coolness of the mountains at 5,400 feet elevation.
Please for the safety of all we ask that you not bring dogs to the event.

5k Course Description: First mile is a descent to water's edge leading to a mile long 200' high 'scramble' of switch-backs along a mountain side, which is where the 5k Wild Run receives its name!
