Description
Celebrate MOM this year by starting the day with a 5K at Midnight Oil.
I LOVE Mom 5K is a great way to show our love of moms and celebrate her with a post race pint.
So let's lace up our shoes on Mother's Day and celebrate the moms in our lives.
Runners Amenities
Runners will receive:

- Race T-Shirt or Women's Tank Top
- Custom Bib (sign up before April 10th and have your name on the bib)
- All Moms receive a special flower at the finish line.

Sunday May 11th from 8:00am till 8:55am at Midnight Oil Brewery.

Charity Partner - Josie's Grace
Josie's Grace is 4 week program, allowing new Mama's/Birthing Parents to navigate stress and fatigue while off-setting isolation in the fourth trimester. Isolation and lack of self-care put mothers and birthing people at risk for developing a mood or anxiety disorder. Early interventions can interrupt the cycle allowing for a smoother transition into motherhood. Caring for the mother during this vulnerable time will support optimal attachment within the new dyad, thus also generating positive impacts on the infants' health.
This psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) developed curriculum focuses on prevention and early support with social and therapeutic interventions centered around holistic and behavioral health nursing. Our goal is for mamas to leave feeling physically and emotionally nourished, so they experience optimized maternal mental health and function.
