Join us for the 2026 Cross for LifeFlight 5K on Saturday, August 15, at Portland’s Back Cove Trail. This family‑friendly event is open to all Cross for LifeFlight participants, who are welcome to bring their families and up to two additional guests. Please let us know when you register for this year's Cross if you plan to take part in the 5K, and if you will be bringing additional guests.
