Packet pickup will be on February 6th from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM at Community Options' San Antonio Office, 2632 Broadway, Suite 101, North San Antonio, TX 78215. February 7th from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Community Options' San Antonio Office, 2632 Broadway, Suite 101, North San Antonio, TX 78215.
