April is National Stress Awareness Month. We can all use a little bit of stress relief. So, we are encouraging every employee to walk/run a 5K throughout the last four days of April. You can pick one day and walk/run 5K or you can walk 1K on Monday, run 2K on Tuesday, run 1K on Wednesday and walk 1K on Thursday. It is up to you how you want to divide up the distance. Once complete, please be sure to go back into your profile and mark your accomplishment. Each employee to reach the goal of 5K, will receive Bonusly points.
