2023 Hats and Heels Virtual Fun 5K

Calling all friends, family and community partners to join the leaders of Hats and Heels Inc. and the Bynum family as we promote health and wellness, while raising money for a great cause.  It is virtual, so everyone can participate.  We will kick-off the virtual run on Thursday May 18th as a way to honor the birthday of the late Mildred Bynum.  The virtual run will culminate on Sunday May 21st at 3:00pm, which will coincide with the announcement of this year's scholarship recipient.

All money collected from the 5K will go directly to the Mildred Bynum Books Award. This scholarship is given out annually to selected students from high schools located in the Washington, DC area.
