Description
Social justice is not a moment, but movement. One that spans our entire country. Holy Trinity School is hosting a virtual 5K to continue the movement and be part of the force of change.
We are asking participants to make a donation to the Equal Justice Initiative, in lieu of a registration fee. The Equal Justice Initiative, founded in 1989, fights to protect the most basic human rights for underrepresented people. EJI challenges those institutions where racism and economic injustice are present. To learn more about EJI, please visit their website, https://eji.org/.
The race will be held the weekend of May 8-9, 2021. The 5k can be run or walked from any location you choose! Please wear a fun red, black, or both on your run/walk!
