Due to COVID-19, the 2021 Race To Beat Cancer will be a VIRTUAL RACE ONLY. You'll have the opportunity to run or walk your 1-mile, 5k, or 10k distance - or bike 50 miles - on any day, at any time, and from anywhere from September 25 - October 1, 2021. Then be sure to join us for our virtual celebration on Saturday, October 2!
The health and safety of our supporters is our biggest priority. While we look forward to seeing everyone at the Race each year, we see this decision as the safest and most responsible option.
Now more than ever, we need your support for our most vulnerable patients fighting cancer amid COVID-19. For the past 21 years, Four Seasons Washington DC has partnered with MedStar Washington Hospital Center’s Washington Cancer Institute to raise critical funds to support their critical care and ongoing cancer research. Please join us in raising funds for this incredible institution. Participants who raise $100 or more will receive an official Race t-shirt!

NOTE: Kids ages 1-3 are FREE, and kids ages 4-17 are $10 for ALL races. Discount will be applied at checkout.
We'll miss seeing you all in person this year, but rest assured we're already preparing for 2022! Since this is a virtual race, YOU DECIDE your course and distance. There are a lot of apps to help you track your walk/run/bike ride. For example, MapMyRun is a great app to that you can use to track your individual progress or join a group. Whatever you choose, have fun and know that improving your health is also helping raise critical funds for the Washington Cancer Institute continue its life-saving cancer research.
