THE RACE 

Enjoy nature at Lums Pond State Park. Starting and finishing at Area 1, the Bear Trail Half Marathon & 10K uses portions of the Little Jersey and Swamp Forest trails. The course is a mix of single track, wide trails and is relatively flat in elevation. This race is appropriate for all level runners including beginners.

AGE REQUIREMENT

Runners must be at least 14 years old to participate in the Half Marathon.

Runners must be at least 7 years old to participate in the 10K. 

REGISTRATION 

Registration Opens April 3, 2026. Registration fee for the Half Marathon and 10K includes a t-shirt and finisher medal.
