The 302 Wellness 5K is our inaugural 5K in conjunction with the 302 Wellness Summit.
Grab your shoes for a run and then stick around for a family-friendly wellness day!
Learn from experts, join live workouts, shop the wellness market, and enjoy interactive fun for all ages.
The 302 Wellness Summit is a one-of-a-kind event designed to inspire individuals and families to take charge of their health, fitness, and overall well-being.
Bib Pick Up and Registration
Saturday October 10th from 7:00AM till 7:55AM at DE Turf.
5K starts at 8:00AM sharp.

What is the partner 5K run/walk?
You and a partner will compete as a team. The first runner/walk will start the race and meet their partner at the half way point. Then the second partner will finish the second half of the race.
