Move on Over 5K Run/Walk - Race from the Bayhealth Milford Memorial to the Bayhealth Sussex Campus!

When: Saturday, Nov 17, 2018 at 8:30 a.m. Rain or Shine. FREE Healthy Kids Run (10 & under) will take place in the
finish line area (NEW Bayhealth Sussex Campus) at 9:30 a.m.

Where: Registration and parking will take place at the NEW Bayhealth Sussex Campus, located just off Route 1, near 7254 Cedar Creek Rd. Milford, DE from 7-8 a.m. Final bus departs at 8:15 a.m. for the start at the OLD Bayhealth Milford Memorial Hospital.

Special Instructions:  Participants will be bused to the start at the Bayhealth Milford Memorial. The last bus departs to the start at 8:15 a.m. No exceptions!  This event cannot be delayed for late arrivals. No transportation service will be available back to Milford Memorial should you elect to leave your car at the at that location. This is a point-to-point run/walk.

Registration: $25 until Nov 10; $30 after and on event day. Registration is from 7-8 a.m. Make checks payable to

Awards: Awards to overall male/female and master winners, top 3 male/female runners in categories 10 and under
through 70 & over in 10-year age groups and top 5 male/female walk finishers. Ribbons to all Healthy Kids
Run participants. The 5K awards ceremony will take place when last finisher crosses the line.

Amenities: Quality "Move on Over 5K" TECH shirts to all registered participants. Complete results and photos will
be posted at TriSportsEvents.Com. Food and drink will be available at the finish line.
