Description
The Dan Rankin Memorial 5K Run/Walk is held in memory of Dan Rankin, who was tragically hit and killed by an impaired driver on January 24, 2024, while out on a run training for a Spartan 50K race.
Dan was married to his high school sweetheart, and together they shared four beautiful children. He lived a full life, loved deeply, and had no regrets.
Dan was an entrepreneur at heart and was always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone who needed it. He believed in hard work, perseverance, and giving back to others.
This event is a way for us to honor Dan’s life and keep his memory alive while bringing our community together.
All proceeds from the Dan Rankin Memorial 5K Run/Walk will benefit the Delaware Wrestling Alliance.

Bib Pick Up & Registration
Saturday, November 21st from 8:00am till 8:55am at Volunteer Brewing Company.
5K Start Time 9:00am.
