2019 - IAAD 5K/10K Run/Walk

A healthy community is a strong community.  Join us for a fabulous morning with family and friends.

IAAD's first 5K run/walk event is scheduled for Sat, 04/06 at James F Hall Trail in Newark, DE.  Please mark your calendars, invite family members, friends and neighbors to this event.

The event is meant for all ages. The entry fee per adult is $20; children under 12 yrs can participate for FREE. Pets on a leash are welcome to join.

The run start at 9:00 AM, but please arrive at 8:15 AM to collect your Race bib.

We need the following items for race day, please bring whatever you can:

1) Yellow bananas, 

2) Oranges, 

3) Bagels & cream cheese 

4) Water, 

5) Gatorade, 

6) Coffee 

7) Small disposable cups & plates

8) Napkins

9) Four- 6' tables

10) Eight - Fold-able chairs

11) Two - Fold-able canopies

12) IAAD 2019 posters & easels

13) Volunteers to setup/dismantle; serve water/Gatorade at 1.8 mile mark & at starting point.

14)  Anything else you think might be useful.
