COVID-19 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
As of Friday 5/21 at 8am we will be following the State of Delaware and CDC guidance which advises that fully vaccinated people can stop distancing and wearing masks in most places indoors and outdoors. Unvaccinated and partially vaccinated individuals are recommended to continue wearing a masks in public settings and around those who live outside of their household.

Description
What do you get when you join Cupcakes and Super Heroes? Cup-Capes of course!
Come dressed in your Super-Hero Best for a fun run or walk!
Join us for the 2nd Annual Cup-Capes 5K to benefit Meet Me at the Well.
Proceeds from the event will go to help empower survivors of human trafficking from the state of Delaware.
All participants get a Cup-Capes 5K coffee mug and a delicious cup cake after the race.
Do not forget to wear your favorite Superhero shirt.

Saturday October 9th from 8:00am till 8:55am at Midnight Oil Brewery.
5K Start Time 9am.

What is a virtual 5K?
A virtual 5K is a race you can run or walk anytime and anywhere you like.
How do I post my results for the 5K?
From now until Saturday October 9th you can submit your official time.
Click the results page HERE.
Click the Submit Virtual Results button on the right side.
Provide your information.
Submit your time.
*Remember this is on the honor system.
Will my results count for age group awards?
Your virtual results do not count towards age group awards. However you can print off a finishers certificate online.
SWAG will only be available for pick up at Captain Blue Hens on Main Street. SWAG pick up dates are Wednesday October 13th until October 27th. Please go to their FB PAGE for hours and directions.
