Do you love running?

Do you love beer? 

Even if you do not love beer, this is a great virtual running challenge to start the New Year off on the right sneaker!

So grab some accountability friends and log some miles in 2022!

How does this challenge work?

Starting January 1st you can start logging your run/walk miles towards reaching your goal.
You will log your miles on the Run Sign Up tracker HERE.
You have until January 31st to complete the 50 mile challenge and EARN your PRIZE.

how do i log my miles?

You will log your miles by clicking this LINK which will take you to the Run Sign Up results page HERE.
Click on the Submit Virtual Results Button.
Put in your name and submit your miles.
This is the honor system. 
If we catch you cheating we will come to your house and steal your running shoes :)
 
*ONLY outdoor or treadmill miles count.  Bikes and Ellipticals do not count towards miles.
*Daily steps do not convert to miles.  These are only workout miles.
*You do not have to post a picture unless you want to.

what miles count towards the challenge?

Miles that count:
Your daily run/walk/hike.
Treadmill miles count too.
 

Miles that do not count:
Daily steps converted to miles.
Bike or elliptical.

how do i earn my swag?

Run/Walk/Jog/Hike 50 miles by January 31st and EARN your SWAG!
*Miles can be ran/walked anywhere in the US.  

what happens if i do not reach 50 miles by January 31st?

If you do not reach a minimum of 50 miles by January 31st, you do not EARN the SWAG.

That is why it is called a challenge :)

Can i log more than 50 miles?

YES!!!

In fact the top 25 participants who log the most miles will also EARN another special piece of SWAG.

how do i redeem my swag if i log 50 miles?

SWAG can either be picked up at Captain Blue Hens or shipped to you via USPS.
Once the challenge ends on January 31st, we will send you an email letting you know your SWAG is waiting for you at Captain Blue Hens or in the mail.
If you choose to have it shipped, there is a $4.95 shipping and handling charge that you can pay at registration.

Complete  a minimum of 50 miles during the challenge and EARN a TEAM 365 Quarter Zip Hoppy Runner Long Sleeve.
