RACE DIRECTOR NOTE...Due to the increases in our Country in many of the expenses involved in this event (t-shirts, screen charges, medals, trophy parts, safety personnel etc...) we are forced to have to increase our registration prices.   For 35 year I have tried to price my events reasonable or in line with(usually lower) than surrounding events and we still are lower with this event than surrounding half-marathon's on Delmarva.    Thank You for your understanding...Race Director Tim Bamforth- Seashore Striders.

• Sunday's 5k- Grove Park course through the pines of Northside Rehoboth 
  • 1 mile Fright Walk will start with the 5k and do an out & back on Henlopen Avenue.

• Packet Pick-up on Friday, October 23rd from 4-6 pm

• Awards that are not picked up at the race can also will be available to be picked up during the week locally as well.   Contact tim@seashorestrider.com to arrange a pickup if you miss the awards ceremony.  Seashore Striders will mail "Out of Town" awards by receiving a check/cash/venmo for $10 to cover postage.
