The Highlands High-5K

Please join us on Sunday, November 27th, at Rockford Park for the Highlands High-5K.*

*First 200 participants are guaranteed race giveaways and must be present at the race to collect their swag.  If you are registered after the 200th participant checks back after the race for swag.

Bring your friends, neighbors, children, grandchildren, or just yourself to run or walk with your Highlands Neighbors. 

Before the 5K, we will have a Kids Fun Run that will be FREE for all children. There are cute kids capes available for a $9 donation.

Why Are We Doing This?

We LOVE the Highlands and our surrounding community. We are raising money for Friends of Wilmington Parks. All proceeds from the race will go towards a new concert stage for the Rockford Park Concert series and renovated bathrooms.  The concert series runs weekly in the summer and is free to the community for all to enjoy live music with family and friends. 

The best part about this High-5K is that the children of the Highlands neighborhood are helping to organize it.
