Finisher Woodles 🪵🏅
Every participant will receive a finisher woodle from Ridgeway Woodworks! These unique, custom woodles are:

Course Overview 🏃♀️⚾
Start and finish at the iconic WBC Park, where you'll experience a race like no other!
Course Details:
- The route is very flat with only a 3-foot elevation change—perfect for setting a personal best or just enjoying the run.
- Runners will complete two laps around the Pabst Farms Business Park and through Wisconsin Harley-Davidson before finishing with a thrilling cross over the field at WBC Park!
Course Instructions:
Detailed course instructions and maps will be included in your race day packet, sent out the week of the event.

Kiddos 1/4 Mile Run & Egg Hunt 🐣🏃♂️
Bring the whole family and let the little ones join the fun! For just $20, kids can take part in a 1/4 mile run and an exciting Egg Hunt inside WBC Park.
Event Details:
- Age Groups & Distances:
- Ages 1-6: Shorter distance
- Ages 7+: Slightly longer distance
- After running, kiddos will enter the Egg Zone to collect eggs! 🥚
- The entire event takes place inside the ballpark, ensuring a safe and fun experience.
What Kiddos Receive:
- A finisher woodle 🪵🏅
- A youth-size T-shirt 👕
- Option to participate in the 2-mile walk (free of charge) if a parent is registered for the race.
Additional Notes:
- Kids will be staged by age at the start.
- Parents are welcome to sit in the stands and cheer! 🎉
- Please bring a bag for eggs. After the event:
- Empty the candy into the bag 🍬.
- Return the eggs to the recycling bins on the field. ♻️
No Eggs? No Problem!
If a child does not collect any eggs on the field, please see a staff member near the finish line—we’ll have extra eggs to share.

T-Shirts
Everyone who is registered by noon Friday March 28th will be guaranteed a custom unisex cotton t-shirt. After that, shirts will be available while online supplies last. Any extra shirts will be distributed after the race on a first come, first served basis. About t-shirts.
Walkers and families are welcome to participate!
Race Results & Awards 🏅
Your race time and age group results will be available online as soon as you cross the finish line! Simply select RESULTS from the menu above to view your performance.
Awards:
- The top 3 male and female finishers in 5-year age groups will receive a custom medal. 🥇🥈🥉
- An awards ceremony will take place at the race to celebrate your achievements.
- Can’t stick around? Awards can also be picked up after the race at Silver Circle’s Global Headquarters in Oconomowoc, WI.

The Average Joe & Jane Awards 🏃♂️🏃♀️
Not everyone can be first, but someone has to land right in the middle—and we celebrate that! The Average Joe & Jane Awards are presented to the male and female runners who finish exactly in the middle of all registered participants.

- A custom medal 🏅
Because being perfectly average deserves recognition, too! 🎉

Packet Pickup Information 📦🏃♂️
Important: PLEASE BRING YOUR EMAIL RECEIPT!
- You don’t need to print it, but we will need to scan the QR code from your email receipt.
- Have your email accessible on your mobile device or save a picture of the QR code to your image library.
Packet Pickup Schedule:
- Sunday, April 13
- 8:00 AM: Packet Pickup Opens
- 8:45 AM: Kiddo's 1K Start
- 9:00 AM: DockHounds Dash Start
- 10:15 AM: Course Closes
Picking Up More Than One Packet?
To make things easier when handing out bibs and shirts:
- Put all QR codes on one sheet of paper, OR
- Write down all participants' names on one sheet of paper (format: Last Name, First Name, T-shirt size).
This will save you time and effort!

- Can I pick up another person’s packet? Yes.
- Do I need an ID? Do pigs fly? 🐷✈️ (No, you don’t need an ID.)
- Can I register at packet pickup? Yep.
- Can I pick up my packet on race day? Yep.
- Can I transfer my race to someone else before the race? Yep.
Parking Information 🚗
Parking is available on-site at WBC Park for all participants and spectators.
Please arrive early to allow time for parking and packet pickup.
Can I Run With My Dog? 🐶
Sorry, dogs are not permitted in the stadium. Please leave your furry friends at home for this event to ensure the safety and comfort of all participants.

How to Transfer, Defer, Change Shirt Size, or Change Distances
Follow these steps to make changes to your race registration:
- Go to RunSignUp.com and log in to your account.
- Select your Profile.
- Scroll down to the race you wish to modify.
- Click on "Manage Registration".
- Choose from the available options in the menu, including:
- Transfers (to another participant or race)
- Change Shirt Size
- Modify Team
- Change Distances
- Resend Confirmation/QR Code
- Deferrals
