The Heart of Alabama Food Bank (HAFB) sources and distributes food across 35 Alabama counties—serving 12 directly and the remaining 23 through four affiliated food banks: West Alabama (Tuscaloosa), East Alabama (Auburn), Wiregrass (Dothan), and Selma Area (Selma).
 
In the12-county direct service area, they partner with more than 200 local agencies—including food pantries, shelters, and community kitchens—to provide food and support to those facing hunger.

They also support four Affiliated Food Banks located in Auburn, Dothan, Selma, and Tuscaloosa, which extend their reach to an additional 23 counties across the state.
