The American Heart Association as well as the St. Jude's Children's research hospital are two causes my Debbie held near and dear to her heart. She struggled with cardiovascular problems later in life and regularly supported the American Heart Association. She also took every opportunity she had to support St. Jude's Children's research hospital by donating and supporting fundraisers that benefitted St. Jude's.
The American Heart Association's goal is to see a world free of cardiovascular diseases and stroke. St. Jude's Children's research hospital's goal is to advance cures, and means of prevention, for pediatric catastrophic diseases through research and treatment.
