Helping firefighters and first responders develop healthy ways to cope with the physical and mental demands of emergency response.  Your donation will be used to help facilitate introducing them to a variety of healthy outdoor activities.  Image above was our first Resiliency Ride with LHCFD.

We are partnering with our friends in the outdoor industry as well as active firefighters to help lead a peer driven effort to teach our brother and sister firefighters and first responders how to build resilience through active outdoor lifestyles. Off the couch, away from the booze and in the fresh air.
