Battle of the Branches 5K Run/Walk

EMPACT – Suicide Prevention Center has been certified by the State of Arizona as a Qualifying Charitable Organization.  As such, donations made to EMPACT may qualify for the State of Arizona tax credit for qualifying charitable organizations.

IMPORTANT: The State of Arizona has initiated the use of QCO codes for all Qualifying Charitable Organizations tax credits (previously known as the Working Poor tax credit). The new requirement is that donors use the QCO code on their income tax returns when they take the tax credit.
