Autism on the Run

Our Mission:  To enhance the quality of life for people with special needs through a family-directed resource center that symbolizes professionalism,  dignity, compassion, and respect.
H.E.A.R.T.S. Connection was founded in 1990 by parents of special needs children and remains a parent-driven organization. H.E.A.R.T.S. Connection serves families who have children and young adults (ages 3-22) who have a disability through parent-to-parent support, parent support groups, parent trainings, and IEP assistance.  Most of our staff are parents of special needs individuals.   Our goal is to empower parents to advocate for their children.  We empower parents through education and support from our organization.
