About Project Run Madera

Project Run Madera is a nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding access and opportunity in the sport of running for youth in Madera, California and surrounding communities.

Their mission is to create equitable pathways into running by providing young athletes with the resources they need to succeed, from running shoes and apparel to mentorship, encouragement, and guidance along the way.

Through their programs, Project Run Madera supports aspiring runners from all backgrounds, with a special focus on youth facing financial barriers who may not otherwise be able to participate in the sport. By removing these obstacles, they help athletes build confidence, pursue their goals, and discover opportunities that extend beyond the starting line, including higher education and lifelong personal growth.
