Description
Entering its 45th year, this long held race through scenic courses of Oak, Manzanita, Eucalyptus, and Redwood trees will give you breathtaking views and provide an ample challenge for all levels of runners!
All runners will receive first class support with Aid Stations and volunteers along the course. Register early to be guaranteed a unisex t-shirt.
Location- Mt. Madonna County Park, Sprig Day Use Area. Off Hwy 152.

Events: Half Marathon, 10K, 5K
START TIMES- Half Marathon starts at 8am. 5k and 10k races start at 8:30am
PARKING- Parking is FREE and available at Sprig Day Use Area. Carpooling is always strongly encouraged.
Check-In & Bib Pickup:- Race Morning-Saturday, September19, 2020 – 7:00 AM Mt. Madonna County Park, Sprig Day use Area, Hecker Pass Hwy 152.
COURSE INFO- Each course will be marked with colored ribbons, signs and flour, so that runners know they are on the correct course. With the exception of the out-and-back section of the Half, there are no sections where runners will be going in the opposite directions of other runners, making the course extremely straightforward and easy to follow. Volunteers will also be on the course at key locations to help direct runners.
All courses include a mix of fire roads and single track. The Half Marathon and 10K include a climb up to the top of Sprig Trail.
AID STATIONS- Aid stations will be fully stocked with water, sports drink, gels, chips, cookies, candy, etc. Aid stations will be approximately 2-3 miles apart. Those needing water more frequently are encouraged to carry a water bottle or hydration pack.
VOLUNTEER- Without the support of enthusiastic and caring volunteers producing our races would not be possible. Volunteers of all ages and abilities help with setup, parking, check-in, aid stations, course marshaling, post-race food, and clean-up.
Volunteering is a fun, novel way to experience races, play in the outdoors, and spend time with friendly people. Contact the Race director if you would like to help.

AWARDS- All finishers will receive a custom medal. Top 3 overall winners of each race distance Male and Female will receive a medal and a custom award. Awards will be given to First Place Age Group Winners Male and Female for each distance. 0-12,13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 +.
