As many of you know, Brookie girl has an incredibly rare genetic disorder that causes her a lot of medical challenges. Her doctor recommended Brookie get a service dog to help keep her safe and regulated.

Brookie's current diagnoses include:
DDx3x genetic disorder
Autism-Level 2
Anxiety Disorder
Self-Injurious Behaviors
Abnormal Brain Waves (That can lead to seizures)
Myopia of the left eye
Intellectual Disability
Severe Speech Disorder
Insomnia
Along with several other conditions

Our main concern with Brookie right now is keeping her safe. She often gets overstimulated, which can lead to aggression and self-harming behaviors. She is up all night and needs constant supervision to keep her safe in the household.
We have been working with a wonderful organization called 4PawsForAbility, and Brookie was approved. The dog's primary job will be to keep her safe and regulated. We need to raise money to cover the cost of the dog and the certification and training fees. To raise this money, I am starting a fun run fundraiser! We would love if you could join!
