Due to the rapidly developing Coronavirus COVID-19 situation, we have just been mandated to cancel or postpone the 2020 I-Scream 5K. Governor Gavin Newsom and the California Department of Public Health have updated their policy to counter the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and have recommend that non-essential events be postponed or cancelled.
We know all of you have been looking forward to our event and supporting Arroyo Grande Water Polo Club. We are looking to postpone the event to a later date and will be in touch with more information. We encourage everyone to continue to practice the safety measures provided by the CDC. Thank you for understanding.

Description
You scream. I scream. We all scream for ice cream. This is a fun event for the entire family and takes place on the sandy shores of Pismo Beach (on the beach just north of the pier).
The I-Scream 5k and Kids run is an all-ages event that combines a little fitness with a whole lot of Doc Burnstein's Ice Cream at the finish line. The event will have a 5k for adults & children, and a fun run (non timed) for kids of varying distances based on age (.25-.75 miles).

Our Cause - Arroyo Grande Water Polo Club
The I-Scream 5k serves as the primary fundraiser for the Arroyo Grande Water Polo Club. These much needed funds are used to offset the club's expenses to provide an affordable opportunity for all.
